It's just a short walk to Chisinau, the main railway station, and various restaurants. the breakfast selection is enjoyable and features a variety of good items. Plus, the hotel offers the convenience of early check-in and late check-out, along with complimentary wake-up service and ironing.

Everything was simply great. The total stay was excellent for a business trip or a vacation trip. The breakfast was wonderful, with plenty of goodies. In overall the room was stylish and generous sized and with very comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms plus shower's water😀

The hotel had great amenities like an amazing spa and an Italian restaurant. the breakfast was good and had healthy options. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions.

The noise from the traffic outside was quite bothersome and made it difficult to sleep. the insulation in the rooms could be improved to minimize the disturbance.

The only thing we wished for was a livelier atmosphere at the hotel. It would have been awesome if they had more activities or events specifically for young party-going people like us.

This hotel is conveniently located close to a large supermarket, the city center, and the main railway station. the hotel room is comfortable with an ultra modern bathroom featuring aromatherapeutic products, and the breakfast is elegant and customizable. the staff is welcoming, warm, and goes above and beyond to ensure a great customer experience. the spa, fitness center, and massage service are top-notch.

There is a small detail that could be improved, such as the need to make it easier for customers to access the spa when closed or by training staff in that aspect.

the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, with a sauna, Jacuzzi, and body scrub that left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. the massage and beauty treatments were top-notch. the restaurant served delicious meals, and the in-room breakfast option was a great touch.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in the heart of the city center. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the spa with a variety of massages, whirlpool, sauna, and Turkish bath. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, organizing a private tour which we highly recommend. Additionally, the hotel was in close proximity to various sites in the capital and a large supermarket.

The room at Berds Chisinau Mgallery Hotel Collection was absolutely incredible. The bedroom with the leather table was amazing, and the open bathroom with the jacuzzi and shower was just perfect for relaxation. As a business traveler, these luxurious amenities made my stay exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable.

Personally, I found the additional TV set in the spa bath area to be a bit unnecessary. However, I understand that others may still appreciate this feature.
